The Tea Challenge

An off-the-beaten-track visit of China Tea plantations. In one day, your teams will learn all about tea! In a fun, instructive and challenging way, they will go through all the steps. From the harvest of fine leaves in gorgeous tea plantations, through the drying and sorting processes all the way to the Traditional Tea Ceremony.
The full version (1 day) is done in Hangzhou, but the short version that involves mainly the traditional tea culture and tasting can be done in Shanghai.
